Search by email or family id. Test accounts work normally but never count as a seat or in metrics. Deactivate blocks sign-in and cancels PAPITO+ (now, or at the end of the paid period); data is kept 30 days and can be restored, then it is deleted by itself. Delete removes the account and its personal data right away; billing history stays in Stripe. Every action is logged below.
